Stand & Deliver Youth Program
P.A.’L.A.N.T.E.’s Stand and Deliver program is a prevention and intervention youth empowerment program that gives youths, ages 15 to 23, in Harlem, Washington Heights, and Inwood a role in combating homelessness while gaining marketable skills, and forging positive relationships between community members.
P.A.’L.A.N.T.E. recognizes the urgent need to help develop the academic and social skills of at-risk children. Today we train, educate and inspire youth to fulfill their potential.

P.A.'L.A.N.T.E. delivers its annual internship and mentoring program by developing a customized curriculum and conducts one-on-one assessments to help each participant map their educational goals and ambitions and match them with mentors in the not-for-profit and private sectors.
Our interns work in a professional office setting where they learn marketing, segmentation, tenant advocacy, and most importantly, they engage in community service. The program is a peer-led, hands-on, yearlong out-of-school program located in Harlem that runs all year round during the summer. As of 2022, PA’LANTE has provided internship opportunities to 347 young individuals.
Interested youth should submit a resume with a cover letter identifying your specific skills and where you feel you can contribute to our program to palante@palanteharlem.org
