P.A.’L.A.N.T.E.’s Stand and Deliver program is a prevention and intervention youth empowerment program that gives youths, ages 15 to 23, in Harlem, Washington Heights, and Inwood a role in combating homelessness while gaining marketable skills, and forging positive relationships between community members.

P.A.’L.A.N.T.E. recognizes the urgent need to help develop the academic and social skills of at-risk children. Today we train, educate and inspire youth to fulfill their potential.

P.A.'L.A.N.T.E. delivers its annual internship and mentoring program by developing a customized curriculum and conducts one-on-one assessments to help each participant map their educational goals and ambitions and match them with mentors in the Not-for-Profit and private sectors.

Nuestros pasantes trabajan en un entorno de oficina profesional donde aprenden marketing, segmentación, defensa de inquilinos y, lo que es más importante, participan en el servicio comunitario.
